Most orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You can expect processing time to increase to 3-7 business days during a sale in which order volume is high.  Due to worldwide events, you may experience some delay in shipping based on your shipping location. All orders include a tracking number which is e-mailed automatically upon shipment. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates.  We do not insure packages. Please contact us to add insurance to your package before shipment. Psycle Sam's is not liable for any lost packages if USPS claims delivery was successful.

We cover a portion of shipping for our international customers. International customers can calculate their shipping cost by putting the item in question into the cart and entering their address. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated.
